Anna’s first body-percussion piece written with David Ogle was premiered by the National Youth Orchestra at the BBC Proms, Southbank Centre, Barbican Centre with flashmob performances on the M6 Services. It has since been performed by youth orchestras from around the World.

In collaboration with 59 Productions doing projections/visuals. For BBC Symphony Orchestra, National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain and Proms Youth Ensemble. Written to celebrate the centenary of the First World War, it premiered at the BBC Proms Curtain Opener on 12th July 2018 and was performed at the First Night of the Proms and the First Night of the Edinburgh International Festival.
A VR version of the piece called Nothing To Be Written marked the first ever VR Prom which launched in August 2018.
The 2nd (vocal) movement can be performed as a stand alone a cappella SATB choir piece
It is possible to perform the piece without visuals though they add a lot to the experience!
VARMINTS WITH ORCHESTRA

New arrangements of the entire Varmints album for chamber orchestra to play alongside the band. The show was premiered at Queen Elizabeth Hall with the Southbank Sinfonia in 2018 and received some lovely reviews like this, this and this. Varmints with Orchestra has now been performed with partner youth orchestras in the UK, Netherlands and Georgia! get in touch if you’d be interested in performing it with us!
